Makuta Surfboard Fundraiser
My local community here on The South Coast of NSW has been impacted by the loss of too many young people to suicide. As a mum of two teens myself, it hits hard. That’s why I’m so excited to share with you all a little project that’s happening now through Makuta, a youth community organisation based in Kiama.
The special souls at Makuta raise funds to support established suicide prevention and wellbeing initiatives in the local community – and right now, I’ve teamed up with Gary McNeil, Dave Rastovich Nathan Oldfield: Filmmaker & Photographer who are auctioning this surfboard (art by me) with all proceeds going to Makuta.
